Ohio exceeded the 2010 national participation rate by four points and was officially the sixth highest participating state in the country at 76%.  US resident population is 308,745,538;  Ohio 11,536,504.

The state counts were presented to the President in December, 2010.  The Congress received the number in January, 2011.

Local counts of cities, villages and townships were to be released late March 2011.
